What types of toys do you sell? We offer a wide range of children’s toys including educational toys, wooden toys, building sets, puzzles, plush toys, outdoor play items, and more. All products are carefully selected for safety and fun.
Where do you ship? We currently ship to all addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship internationally at this time.
What are your shipping options and costs? We offer the following shipping methods within the US:
- Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (on orders that qualify for free shipping)
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10
- Express: 3-6 business days
- Standard: 7-14 business days
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days) on qualifying orders. Check the cart or product page for details.
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please contact us at support@isrec.net with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Are your toys safe? Yes. All toys in our store meet or exceed US safety standards (ASTM, CPSIA, etc.). We only work with reputable manufacturers.
Can I track my order? Absolutely! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you have a physical store? No, isrec.net is an online-only store, which allows us to keep prices competitive and ship toys quickly across the US.
